I'm Jennifer Lewis, a Certified EOS Implementer based in Fort Collins. I work with founder-led companies $3M and up across Northern Colorado and nationwide, virtually and onsite when the work calls for it.

Most of my clients are in Northern Colorado, close enough to sit across the table. Others are spread across the country, where we work virtually session by session and get onsite when it's useful. Either way, the work is the same: one leadership team, one operating system, learned properly.

I live and work in Fort Collins, Colorado. I work with leadership teams throughout Northern Colorado, including Windsor, Loveland, Greeley, Longmont, and Boulder, and with companies across the country virtually.
Being local means quarterly sessions can happen around a real table, and I'm a short drive away when a leadership team needs a full day onsite. Not in Colorado? The same work happens over video, and we plan onsite days when they add something the screen can't.
