I spent fifteen years on the leadership team of a retail business that grew from 5 locations to 350, ultimately exiting to private equity. Most of those years I served as VP of Sales and EOS Integrator, building the playbook, the people, and the accountability that made the growth real.
Along the way I built the Partnership for Growth program, a peer-cohort system that consistently lifted our lowest-performing locations into the top of the chain.
Today I work with leadership teams of founder-led companies $5M and up. Implementing EOS purely according to EOS principles, installing the Outgrow proactive growth system, coaching executives, and facilitating the conversations leadership teams often can't have on their own. Virtual nationwide, onsite when the work calls for it.
